The jade vine (Strongylodon macrobotrys) is a native of the tropical forests of the Philippines with a local name "tayabak".
●フィリピンが原産です。熱帯雨林に自生する蔓性植物で、長さは２０メートル以上になります。春から初夏にかけて、長さ１～１．５メートルほどの花序に、青みがかった緑色の爪のような花を、いっぱいに咲かせます。
●マメ科ストロンギロドン属の常緑蔓性木本で、学名は Strongylodonmacrobotrys。英名は Jade vine, Emerald creeper。（植物図鑑）
